About the figures
These numbers derive from market research carried out during the summer of 2003. The research consisted of a survey of readers of the Bulletin; a round of in-depth interviews with a focus group of environmental professionals from seven CEE countries; consultations with publishing and environmental-information experts; and a review of relevant literature and Internet resources. The study found that the market is ripe for the launch of an illustrated environmental magazine oriented toward professionals in Central and Eastern Europe.
