About the figures: These numbers derive from market research carried out in 2003. The research consisted of a survey of readers of The Bulletin; a round of in-depth interviews with a focus group of environmental professionals from seven CEE countries; consultations with publishing and environmental-information experts; and a review of relevant literature and internet resources. The study found that the market is ripe to launch an illustrated environmental magazine oriented toward professionals in Central and Eastern Europe.
